About the Role Chili's at Evansville, WY is hiring and offers a clear career path from an hourly Team Member to leadership roles. You may start in one role and, with the right combination of ingredients, advance to Assistant Manager, Manager, and General Manager through training and development programs. What You'll Do
- Participate in one-to-one mentoring and coaching, and ongoing training to build hospitality, teamwork and sales skills.
- Support daily restaurant operations and guest service as an Hourly Team Member, with opportunities to move into management after mastering responsibilities.
- Take part in the 8-10 Week Assistant Manager Training Program and Area AO (Area of Ownership) Meetings to develop your business and people skills.
- Progress to Manager and General Manager roles with on-the-job training in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and more.
- Engage in company programs like EMERGE, RISE, ELEVATE and LEAD as you grow. What We're Looking For

- Hourly Team Member pay: $10 – $20 per hour
- Assistant Manager: $45,000 - $60,000
- Manager: $50,000 - $70,000
- General Manager: $65,000 – $90,000
