Job title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- 10+ years of progressive technology experience with proven executive leadership in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and managing large-scale technology projects.
- Deep expertise in AI, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, system integration, and financial technology governance.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or ITIL are an added advantage.
