About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy, engineering, and digital innovation.
- The ideal candidate must have strong financial services experience and a proven track record as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee software development, engineering, and technology operations.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of financial technology systems.
- Lead and manage engineering and technology teams.
- Drive digital innovation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity, data protection, and financial services regulations.
- Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12 – 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, preferably fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology, or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
