Chief Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity risks.
• Manage security of company vehicles, drivers, and deliveries.
• Liaise with law enforcement and security service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Risk Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in security management, corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, investigations, risk management, loss prevention, emergency response, and cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
