Job Description A Chief Operating Officer (COO) manages day-to-day operations, scales clean energy projects (such as solar, wind, or hydro), and turns business strategies into profitable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage the planning, building, and launching of renewable energy installations from start to finish within budget.
- Strategy Execution: Partner with the CEO to turn high-level green energy goals into daily operational plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all power generation sites follow environmental laws, local safety rules, and grid integration standards.
- Process Optimization: Improve supply chains, reduce waste, and use tech tools like ERP or SCADA systems to boost plant efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional departments—including engineering, field operations, and safety—to keep workflow smooth.
Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 monthly.
