Terawork is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company’s operations from Lagos State. The successful candidate will oversee multi-functional business units, guide cross-functional collaboration, and partner with the executive team to steer substantial growth in a dynamic market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-functional business units to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
- Drive operational strategy and execution to support rapid growth and scalability
- Oversee day-to-day operations to sustain performance across the organization
- Manage cross-functional relationships and ensure effective stakeholder engagement
- Align operations with the company’s goals in financial services, digital payments, and lending, as appropriate to the business
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements
- Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of operations and governance
