The role oversees end-to-end guest experience, brand positioning, and multi-channel go-to-market across B2B and B2C channels, while aligning IT, finance, HR, procurement, legal, and risk functions to drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead global sales operations across markets with a focus on B2B trade channels and B2C Direct Sales/eCommerce.
- Define and promote the brand's identity and positioning across above-the-line and below-the-line channels.
- Design and manage the guest experience onboard and ashore, including cruise itineraries and associated transportation services.
