About the Role The Chief of Staff will be a senior strategic partner to the Industry Cloud & Digital (ICD) Service Line Head and the Business Owner of the WEGA platform. The role shapes strategy, enables execution, and extends leadership capacity across ICD and WEGA to drive measurable business outcomes in AI-enabled transformations. It operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, AI-enabled transformation, and leadership communication, translating priorities into action in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the executive to prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives for ICD.
• Lead strategic reviews and planning cycles to convert decisions into action.
• Synthesize market trends, competitor activity, and AI adoption signals into actionable insights.
• Translate strategic intent into execution plans, operating cadence, and governance across sales, delivery, finance, HR, and communications.
• Track and report progress against KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Act as an extension of the executive across leadership forums, as contextual observer or active contributor.
• Represent the executive in selected meetings, driving decisions and alignment on their behalf.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Identify & resolve gaps in decision-making, accountability, or communication across ICD and WEGA platform and AI enablement.
• Support the executive as Business Owner of the WEGA platform, spanning alignment, adoption, and value realization.
• Drive alignment between ICD priorities and WEGA roadmap, capabilities, and usage.
• Actively use AI in day-to-day work to automate workflows, synthesize information, and improve personal effectiveness.
• Champion AI-native ways of working by modeling adoption, identifying use cases, and encouraging experimentation across teams.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and senior leaders.
• Prepare executive-level narratives, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences.
• Build and strengthen the executive’s leadership presence through communications.
• Attend key meetings to capture decisions and actions, ensuring disciplined follow-through.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in consulting, business strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams.
• Exposure to AI platforms, data products, or technology-led business transformation.
• Comfort with data analysis, dashboards, and decision-support artifacts.
• Familiarity with project and program management methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $165,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year.
• Based on position, eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
