Summary
Microsoft is hiring a Chief of Staff for its AI Experiences organization to partner with the CVP of Engineering. The role focuses on driving strategy, business operations, planning, executive communications, budgeting, cross-functional execution, and organizational effectiveness across engineering teams.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or related fields (more experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Location: Fully on-site in Redmond, WA (Greater Seattle area), with less than 25% travel.
Level: Business Management IC6.
