Overview
Hiring: CHIEF OF STAFF Location: Hybrid, Lagos-based Type: Full-time contract Period: October - December 2026
You will sit at the centre of 53 Group, working on strategy and day-to-day operations across Touchline, DaChef and Club 53. You will learn how each brand operates, help plan what comes next, and work alongside the founder to turn those plans into action.
What You Will Do
- Learn how each brand operates, from its team to its day-to-day running.
- Help plan priorities across the group and follow them through.
- Be a point of contact when issues come up in any of the brands.
- Organise meetings, keep calendars in sync and follow up on actions.
- Support hiring, including scheduling and sitting in on interviews.
What You Bring
- A completed university degree.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle several things at once.
- Discretion with confidential information.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running a society, side project or small business.
- Experience in events, hospitality or food.
- An interest in strategy and how businesses are built.
- Knowledge of the Lagos events and lifestyle scene.
