About the Role Shriners Children's Ohio in partnership with Dayton Children's Hospital – Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Chief of Anesthesiology to provide strategic, clinical, and administrative leadership for our pediatric anesthesia program. This physician leader will oversee a team of 3 full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologists while maintaining an active clinical practice within a highly specialized surgical environment. Based within Dayton Children's Hospital, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing anesthesia team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for children undergoing complex procedures, including craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, acute burn care, burn reconstruction, and select plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The Chief will play a critical role in advancing departmental performance, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety, and aligning anesthesia services with institutional priorities and growth initiatives.
