About our client:
Our client is a leading telecommunication company looking for an experienced and professional Chief Network Operation Engineer (NOC) to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To manage and oversee implementation of CATV/CMS construction, metropolitan Fiber cable
- Lead the network team to provide network operation and network development
- Evaluate new technologies, plan and implement solutions to cope with the business requirements
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
- To ensure the engineering section have the capabilities to meet company development needs
Requirements
-
Degree in electronics or telecommunication engineering
-
At least 15 years solid experience with 5 years managerial

Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
