Overview: We are hiring a Chief Legal Officer for a Real Estate company, onsite in Lekki.
Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance on real estate and property law matters. - Oversee land acquisitions and due diligence processes. - Manage property sales documentation. - Draft and negotiate Joint Venture Agreements and commercial contracts.
Requirements: - 5–8 years post-call experience in real estate law. - Solid experience in real estate and property law, land acquisitions and due diligence, property sales documentation, Joint Venture Agreements, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. - Experience with a leading commercial law firm and/or reputable real estate company is an advantage.
Benefits: Salary of NGN 2,000,000 monthly.
