Section: About the Role Smart Partners is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead its investment activities, develop strategies, oversee portfolios and manage investment risks to maximise returns.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies, policies and frameworks.
- Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment decisions.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and investment due diligence.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market trends and investment risks.
- Establish investment guidelines and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investment policies.
- Build relationships with institutional investors and financial partners.
- Lead and mentor the investment management team.
- Present investment reports and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in investment, asset or portfolio management, or financial services.
- At least 5 years in a senior investment leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and risk management.
- Proven experience developing and executing investment strategies.
- MBA/Master's degree and CFA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent certification are added advantages.
- Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
