About the Role Lead and execute the Tarkett North America (TNA) IT strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with divisional ambition and the corporate operating model, prioritizing customer experience, employee experience, and digital transformation. Serve as the senior IT business partner to the TNA CEO, BU leaders, and sales/support functions—translating business priorities into technology decisions. Drive the transformation of TNA's core platforms (SAP ECC with migration to S/4HANA, CRM, MES, BI/analytics, and digital/web) and shape the target application architecture for TNA.
