Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in senior sales, business development, growth, or commercial leadership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams.
• Experience building or scaling commercial functions within a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic business decisions.
• Familiarity with the legal, professional services, or technology sectors is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall growth strategy across new business, customer expansion, and retention.

• Lead and scale high-performing sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

• Set and monitor revenue targets, growth KPIs, and pipeline performance across the commercial organisation.

• Identify new markets, industry verticals, strategic partnerships, and other channels for business expansion.

• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align growth strategies with the product roadmap and customer needs.
