About the Role The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the strategic architect of VNA Health Group's financial future, overseeing all financial operations and guiding executive decision-making with data-driven insight. You will partner with the President & CEO to drive sustainable growth, strengthen financial health, and enable the organization to deliver mission-driven healthcare. What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the organization's financial strategy; forecast and influence key business decisions.
- Financial Excellence: Direct budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management; ensure timely financial statements and performance metrics; manage treasury and banking relationships.
- Risk, Compliance & Governance: Ensure regulatory compliance; strengthen internal controls; lead external audits and regulatory reporting; identify and mitigate risks.
- Revenue Optimization & Operational Partnership: Oversee revenue cycle, analyze reimbursement trends, collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Inspire & Develop Talent: Lead and grow a high-performing finance team; foster collaboration and professional development. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years progressive financial leadership experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Leadership Competencies: Exceptional business and financial acumen; strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into results; executive presence and communication skills; experience partnering with Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams; proven ability to lead organizational change. Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: USD 300,000 to USD 400,000 per year (includes base salary, bonuses, add-on incentives, retirement plans, and benefits).
