Chief Financial Officer
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is the strategic, top-level leader who provides leadership and oversight of finance, payroll and revenue cycle. This includes identifying opportunities that support fiscal viability. Key responsibilities include working closely with President/CEO and the Senior Management Team to support the agency’s strategic initiatives and operations, as well as providing necessary financial information and analysis to monitor agency operations efficiently and effectively.

- Responsible for leading all financial business operations and implementing financial policies, accounting system and cost controls.
- Directs the management of all accounting information systems including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting and statistical reporting systems.
- Ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through efficient billing and collections operations, effective accounts receivable management and a thorough understanding of cost reimbursement principles.
- Responsible for financial affairs of agency. Prepares and files periodic financial statements for internal users, authorized third parties
