Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role Getinge seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations for the Cardiac Surgery (CS) and Vascular Interventions product areas, directing financial resources and partnering with the Product Area President to drive profitability. This role reports to the Wayne, NJ office four days a week and supports a hybrid work model (1-2 days remote). What You'll Do

• Direct all financial functions to meet objectives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Actively contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Evaluate acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets to ensure they are financially viable.
• Lead and develop the Product Areas finance function and act as a strong finance business partner to the President with a focus on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to translate into business insights and actions.
• Foster an organizational structure and design that supports leadership, trust, collaboration, engagement, and a performance mindset; create an entrepreneurial environment.
• Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. What We're Looking For
• Executive finance leadership experience directing financial plans, policies, and procedures for large product-focused organizations; ability to maintain short- and long-term financial health of multiple product areas.
• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and partnership with business leaders; experience evaluating acquisitions, investments, capex, divestitures, mergers, or asset sales.
• Ability to partner with the Product Area President and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, engagement, and a results-driven mindset; commitment to a diverse and entrepreneurial work culture.
• Experience working with treasury and tax functions and ensuring compliance with company policies. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $226,000 - $265,000 per year
