Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Expert & Doctor Management: Directly manage and coordinate with Russian experts, dermatologists, and Vietnamese aesthetic specialists to standardize treatment protocols and apply high-tech solutions suitable for Vietnamese patients’ physical characteristics and skin types.
Build the Consulting Team: Restructure the Reception/Customer Service team into “Healthcare & Aesthetic Solution Consultants” capable of understanding customer psychology, identifying customer needs, and converting funnel customers into Rehabilitation and Dermatology & Aesthetic services.
Service Mindset Training: Lead training on premium customer service standards, VIP customer care, and specialized reception procedures for the beauty and healthcare service sectors.

Funnel Service & Core Service Operations: Optimize Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Corporate Health Check-up processes together with Dermatology & Aesthetic service processes, ensuring privacy, medical safety, absolute sterilization, and a premium relaxation experience.
Cross-selling from Funnel Customers: Develop on-site consultation scripts for general health check-up patients who have needs related to appearance care, dermatological treatment, anti-aging, musculoskeletal conditions, or Rehabilitation.
System Integration: Establish a two-way customer referral process between the Clinic and other hospitals within the healthcare system, maximizing Customer Lifetime Value across the entire ecosystem.

Specialty Licensing: Coordinate with relevant functional departments to complete the approved list of professional medical techniques for Rehabilitation, Dermatology, and high-tech aesthetic equipment, ensuring that all facility conditions fully comply with regulations of the Ministry of Health.
Expert & Equipment Documentation: Oversee full legal compliance of foreign experts’ documentation, including Professional Practice Licenses, Work Permits, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards, and verify the origin, registration, and circulation licenses of high-tech medical and aesthetic equipment.

Market Development: Lead external relations activities, build strategic partnerships with major global aesthetic technology companies, and organize professional seminars on medical dermatology, aesthetics, and Rehabilitation to expand market share.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Medicine, or Hospital Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience at large general clinics/hospitals or international healthcare organizations.
Core Skills:
Systems Thinking: Ability to logically connect funnel services with core services.
Healthcare Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a percentage-based revenue/profit bonus, particularly for Rehabilitation services and cross-selling services to other hospitals within the healthcare system.
Authority: High level of autonomy in restructuring operational processes and proposing key personnel appointments.
