About the Role The Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer will oversee all compliance and information security programs for a remote fintech environment. This executive role drives policy, risk management, and regulatory adherence while protecting data and systems across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement compliance and information security frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk management, incident response, audits, and third-party vendor oversight.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish governance, policy, and security controls.
- Drive privacy program, data protection, and business continuity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in CCO/CISO or combined role, with regulatory knowledge (e.g., GDPR, GLBA, PCI-DSS).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, incident response.
- Experience in fintech or financial services; security architecture.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CIPP.
- Experience with cloud security, IAM, threat intelligence.
