About the Role Seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee outsourced Studio Facilities as Chief Building Engineer and Program/Project Manager for our expansive studio campus. This dual-role position will collaborate with on-site Management, Site & Services, and Studio Management while being ultimately responsible for the reliability of building systems and the execution of capital projects. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the studio facilities and campus infrastructure
- Lead and mentor facilities teams; coordinate with Site & Services and Studio Management
- Manage capital projects and programs from scope through delivery
- Ensure effective operation of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS
- Collaborate with on-site leadership to align facilities strategy with studio objectives What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management
- 10+ years of facilities engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in building MEP systems and proactive facility maintenance
- Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS
- Demonstrated project and program management experience on large capital projects Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65 per hour
- Full-time role, on-site in Albuquerque, NM
