Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance framework.
- Build data infrastructure and define company-wide metrics and KPIs.
- Embed AI into trading, compliance, fraud detection, and personalization systems.
- Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference) to optimize outcomes.
- Define model risk management and AI governance standards.
Qualifications

Master's/PhD in AI, Data Science, or related quantitative field.

10+ years in data/AI roles, with 3+ years in senior leadership.

Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale.

Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies.

Familiarity with financial/crypto regulatory environments and AI ethics.

Fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred.
