About the Role At Chick-fil-A, you will join the leadership team to manage restaurant operations, lead a team of 20+ people, and drive initiatives that support food safety, quality, and customer service. With one-on-one coaching and development from a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in our organization. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 20+ in restaurant operations and serve/lead in restaurant operations (35-40 hours/week)
- Manage business operations and apply strategies to improve organizational performance
- Lead systems and processes to ensure consistent execution of food safety, quality, and customer service
- Partner with other leaders to set goals and inspire progress
- Be immersed in our culture, lead key projects, and develop your own business plans
- Collaborate with senior leaders for coaching and development What We're Looking For

- Salary: $20-$22/hour
- Schedule: 8 hour shifts; Weekend availability; Holidays; Day, Night shifts; Overtime
