About the Role Als Chemikant*in in Wechselschicht arbeiten Sie im WSP-Betrieb Montanwachs in Gersthofen und stellen die Produktion von Wachsen sicher. Sie überwachen und bedienen Produktionsanlagen, bereiten Rohstoffe vor, prüfen Anlagenparameter und dokumentieren Abläufe. What You'll Do
- Überwachen und Bedienen von kontinuierlichen und diskontinuierlichen Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Wachsen
- Selbständige Bereitstellung der Rohstoffe und Befüllung der Produktionsanlage
- Kontrollieren und Überwachen von Apparaten, Aggregaten und Rohrleitungen
- Beheben bzw. Melden von Störungen
- Führen von Fahrprotokollen
- Entnahme von Produktionsproben und deren Analyse
- Erfassen von Produktionsmenge in SAP (Rückmeldung von Produktionsaufträgen)
- Durchführen routinemäßiger Wartungsarbeiten und Reinigungsarbeiten
- Abfüllen von Produkten in Säcke und Big-Bags mit halbautomatischen Waagen
