REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, food hygiene and safety.

• Ability to prepare nutritious meals according to patients' dietary needs.

• Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.

• Valid Food Handler/Medical Certificate.
