About the Role A Team Leader in the Valeurs Ajoutées workshop, you will lead one of four teams and ensure smooth production flows to achieve customer satisfaction, develop skills, and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise roughly 12 people and align with HR policy and company values. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of ~12 people in accordance with our HR policy and the company's values.
- Develop and upskill your team members and support their professional growth.
- Ensure service quality while controlling safety, quality, deadlines and costs.
- Manage key processes: staffing planning, scheduling, manufacturing processes, measurement and improvement of results.
- Facilitate upward, downward, and cross-team communication through group and individual activities.
- Analyze and communicate service KPIs and deploy action plans.
- Ensure procedures are followed in line with QHSE system for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 13485.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your team.
- Deploy first-level maintenance plans for equipment within your scope.
- Schedule considerations: nights and weekends; hours include Saturday 6h-16h; Sunday 20h-6h; Monday 20h-6h; one Tuesday every two weeks 20h-6h. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) or higher in production management or equivalent; first successful managerial experience.
- Interest in a role with strong human dimension and technical aspects (advanced industrial tools, automation).
- Passion for team leadership, customer focus, organization, and ability to integrate into an industrial technical environment with analytical thinking.
- Leadership, listening, and ability to maintain a positive social climate.
- Proficiency with office software.
- Availability for night and weekend shifts as production constraints require. Compensation & Benefits
