About the Role CFAO CONSUMER is recruiting a Chef de Secteur for Magasin: Produits Frais Transformés (PFT) to oversee the operational and commercial management of the Fresh Prepared Products section in hypermarkets. Reporting to the Store Director, you will supervise purchasing, stock management, sales monitoring, and merchandising strategies to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily activities of the Fresh Prepared Products (PFT) sections.
- Ensure constant supply by coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
- Optimize stock levels based on sales and market trends.
- Develop promotional actions to stimulate sales and achieve targets.
- Implement attractive merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility.
- Train and supervise the store section team to guarantee quality customer service.
- Analyze performance and propose strategic adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree +3 in commerce or management or equivalent experience.
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in the function within large retail or specialized distribution.
- Strong knowledge of fresh trades in retail (butchery, fishmonger, bakery, fruits & vegetables, prepared foods, charcuterie-fromagerie, self-service products).
- Mastery of profit center management and demonstrated team leadership.
