Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of your station and dining areas
- Ensure impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in luxury environment
- Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
