Job title: Chef de projets Senior (H/F)
About the Role The Senior Project Manager (Chef de projets Senior) reports to the Director of the Product Life Cycle Services (PLS) department and leads the planning and execution of ATM replacement plans for the bank/retail perimeter, coordinating internal project resources and external partners in line with client agreements.
What You'll Do
- Plan and orchestrate ATM replacements for the bank/retail perimeter, coordinating with clients, the preparation platform and on-site installation teams.
- Define required conditions and processes for ATM preparation and deployment; supervise preparation and deployment activities.
- Ensure material orders are placed and delivered according to the replacement plan.
- Collaborate with BPO, Platform and PLS CDP teams; manage all or part of external partners by planning and tracking tasks.
- Produce project performance indicators; manage preliminary visits for layout and compliance and support stakeholders through change.
- Anticipate and manage deployment risks; act as a reliable liaison with clients and partners and suggest improvements.
- Control deployment costs: manage resources and budget; manage related quotes; validate partner proposals and client invoicing elements.
- Contribute to commercial offers: draft technical proposals, perform cost estimations, present offers.
- Ensure preparation and transition of projects from Commercial Directorate to PLS.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects, with ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners (BPO, Platform, CDP PLS).
- Strong planning, budgeting and cost-control skills; ability to validate quotes and invoicing.
- Ability to define and implement processes for ATM preparation and deployment; risk management and problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client liaison skills; ability to support change management.
- Proficient in producing project performance indicators and reporting.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to drive continuous improvement in deployment projects.
