Job title: Chef de projet Maintenance Ferroviaire
About the Role Take on a new challenge in railway maintenance by applying your project and contract management expertise. You will play a key role in the operational and financial performance of maintenance contracts at Alstom's Tarbes site, contribute to continuous improvement, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage the portfolio of existing contracts: serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients; drive the resolution of blockers; handle administrative activities (recording, orders, invoicing, disputes, arrears); manage financial aspects (margins, risks, opportunities, penalties); monitor and drive QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance.
- Pilot maintenance projects: develop and implement new activities within the existing organization; some execution may be outside the site (e.g., client depot); structure and lead the multidisciplinary project team; coordinate stakeholders; ensure internal and external reporting; identify, manage and anticipate risks, opportunities and variances; ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, environmental, health and safety, railway safety, quality, project management method, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal service teams, partner sites and external clients to pilot maintenance projects, strengthen internal coordination, and structure processes across the activity development scope.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree, project management or equivalent.
- Experience or understanding of project management in an industrial or railway environment.
- Strong communication skills, including customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Adaptability and ability to integrate new activities into an organization.
