Mission: As a Chef de Partie, you will lead a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while supporting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

What will you have to do?

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of your kitchen section.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Control stock levels, ordering, storage, and waste management.
• Support menu development and the execution of seasonal and specialty dishes.
• Train, supervise, and support junior team members while collaborating closely with the wider culinary team.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in presentation and quality.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Passion for gastronomy, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
