About the Role We are seeking a Checkout Optimization Specialist to maximize conversion rate and profit by optimizing the checkout experience with AI-driven insights. You’ll continuously test offers, messaging, and shipping options to deliver the best customer experience and business impact. What You'll Do
- Leverage AI to personalize the checkout, automate discounts, optimize upsells, and simplify payment methods to reduce cart abandonment and lift conversion rate and average order value.
- Continuously test new offers, variations, messaging, and other top-performing ideas generated by AI.
- Analyze shipping offers and rates to improve conversions and maximize profits using Redo's order management system.
- Create unique customer segments to tailor offers, messaging, and shipping settings; present clear delivery date expectations.
