Overview
- Chartered Accountant (Real Estate Experience) required for a leading Real Estate Development Company with head office in Mowe Golf Town, Mowe, Ogun State. Residence within Mowe - Ibafo corridor required for proximity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, monthly closing, and management accounts
- Manage cashflow, client payment reconciliations, and commission computations
- Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory bodies
- Liaise with external auditors and provide strategic financial advice to management
Requirements
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA) — ACA is mandatory
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years cognate experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or related industry
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax management (VAT, WHT, PAYE), and audit preparation
- Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books or similar) and Advanced Excel
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting (project costing, sales reconciliation, client ledger management)
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside within Mowe - Ibafo corridor for proximity
