ZAP Mobility is hiring a Charging Officer to support fleet charging operations and ensure reliable vehicle uptime.
The Charging Officer will manage charging schedules, monitor charging stations, perform safety checks, and maintain accurate records of vehicle charging cycles and battery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee vehicle charging queues and charging station operations.

Monitor charging activities to ensure vehicles are ready for deployment.

Conduct daily power station and battery health safety checks.

Maintain detailed logs of charging cycles, energy usage, and battery performance.

Report operational issues related to charging equipment and fleet readiness.

Support continuous improvement of charging processes.
Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in battery systems, power operations, electrical systems, or technical operations.

Basic understanding of EV charging infrastructure and battery management.

Ability to work flexible shifts.

Strong attention to safety and operational details.
