About the Role We are seeking several Chargé(e)s d’Exécution Commerciale to join our team in Paris area. You will work in pairs with a Sales RDV to cover a portfolio of stores, delivering core commercial objectives and ensuring optimal product distribution and in-store presentation across iconic brands such as Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Always and Oral-B (and other brands like Ariel, Mr Propre, Pampers depending on sector). What You'll Do
- Cover stores in your sector in pair with a RDV and in autonomous mode for small portfolios.
- Deliver key sector objectives: store coverage, product distribution, and stock adjustments to minimize stockouts.
- Set up shelves with premium quantitative (PDL) and qualitative (PLV/education) materials aligned with category KD B profiles.
- Highlight major leaflets/brand moments and manage in-store communications.
- Perform a monthly exhaustive store diagnostics (2–3 days before RDV) including distribution and shelf checks (qualitative and quantitative).
- Relay RDV for DN drive and physical store visits.
- Execute PLV end-to-end: site survey, orders, placement, sustain, recommendations.
- Build privileged relationships with clients based on professionalism.
- Work in tandem with your RDV to ensure best-in-class store fundamentals.
- Play a key role in corporate projects as a right-hand support (“Bras Droit”). What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship skills with clients and internal teams; ability to understand needs and respond with quality.
- Pedagogy and ability to persuade.
- Autonomy and organizational skills; able to make decisions to reach objectives.
- Education/experience: Bac to Bac+2; experience in similar roles or in large distribution is a plus.
- Valid driving licence. Nice to Have
- Experience in sales/field sales in retail is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 27,500 € gross annual, paid over 13 months.
