About the Role The Chargé d'affaires service réfrigération - H/F at Johnson Controls in Neuville-les-Dieppe leads customer-facing service projects in refrigeration. You will manage end-to-end service engagements, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive value for clients while upholding Johnson Controls standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end refrigeration service projects from scoping through execution and handover.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and translate into proposed service solutions.
- Coordinate with field teams, suppliers, and internal functions to plan resources and schedule work.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements; monitor progress against commitments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Johnson Controls standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in refrigeration service, HVAC, or related field; customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in France; fluency in French; English is a plus.
- Knowledge of service contracts, quoting, and lifecycle of service projects.
- Availability to travel as required.
