About the job
- Perform characterization and verification activities on power semiconductor devices, including SiC Diodes, SiC MOSFETs, Schottky Diodes, IGBTs, and related technologies.
- Study and understand device specifications and technical requirements.
- Define characterization and verification plans to achieve complete functional coverage.
- Develop test specifications in close collaboration with design engineers and product definition teams.
- Execute electrical measurements, data collection, and analysis.
- Report failures, propose corrective actions, and support issue resolution.
- Develop and/or operate characterization and verification setups and automated test environments.
- Prepare and lead design verification reviews.
- Generate technical reports, data sheets, and design documentation.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of laboratory capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience creating verification plans, test benches, and automated parameter testing solutions.
