About this role
About the Role As the chapter lead for the Marketing Chapter in Roche Taiwan, you will lead, monitor and develop in-depth marketing strategies to add continuous improvement and value to patients, establish commercial partnerships with external stakeholders and accelerate broader patient access. You will act as an agile leader (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst) and ensure all chapter members live Roche Taiwan’s desired state culture. You are passionate about our focus on people & culture, our external customers, patient access and long-term healthcare sustainability in Taiwan. You will be the catalyst and role model to lead the team, raise the standard of marketing capability in the era of AI to foster commercialization excellence. You will be the catalyst to contribute to the network within and beyond Taiwan.
