Channel Sales Engineer - France

About the Role As a Channel Sales Engineer in France, you will be the technical expert supporting our channel partners and enabling them to demonstrate and sell Cyera's secure AI data protection platform. You will blend technical depth with sales acumen to drive partner-led growth and ensure successful technical outcomes. What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to channel partners during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and addressing technical inquiries.
• Demonstrate mastery of the architecture, pitch, value proposition, and technical differentiation.
• Identify and remove potential roadblocks to POVs, deals, etc. that could result from partner engagement dynamics.
• Own the technical success of our strategic channel partners: detail the technical development plan for each strategic partner and set milestones to be achieved each quarter in each strategic partner.
• Identify key technical influencers at each strategic partner.
• Create Cyera technical evangelists in our key strategic partners who have the ability to pitch and demo effectively.
• Develop effective technical enablement for our channel partners by conducting training sessions and workshops for them to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings and can effectively sell and support them.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of sales enablement materials, including presentations, technical documentation, and case studies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that will help shape our channel strategy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage with potential channel partners.
• Gather feedback from channel partners and customers on product performance and feature requests; relay to the product development team for enhancements.
• Partner with Field Sales to drive technical success in regional channel partners. What We're Looking For
• Experience in Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP or data security in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical sales role.
• Strong knowledge in one of the major cloud provider environments related to roles/permissions/API (AWS and/or Azure preferred).
• Fundamental network & database experience.
• Strong understanding of data storage types and encryption techniques and key management, cloud IAM, and network design/engineering/protocols.
• Fundamental understanding of ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, Privacy and Data Retention programs.
• Proven experience working with channel partners, VARs, or system integrators.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and opportunity tracking.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a hyper-growth startup environment.

• The compensation package represents total cash compensation and may include incentives for sales roles, equity or benefits. Final salary is determined at Cyera’s sole discretion based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. The role may be eligible for merit increases based on performance and tenure.
