About the Role Lead the end-to-end channel operation for distributor management to ensure efficient and compliant channel processes that support business growth. Responsible for distributor onboarding, authorization, termination, and ongoing optimization, with regular review of distributor-related data. What You'll Do
- Drive Commercial Excellence by developing and implementing comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals; lead and mentor a team (Channel Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Market Intelligence) to deliver high performance and professional development; support the One Data initiative and digitalization of the end-to-end commercial process from market analysis to order fulfillment.
- Lead Channel Excellence by building channel performance metrics, optimizing distributor lifecycle processes (recruiting, onboarding, new channel agreements, authorization, scorecards, realignment, termination) for designated region; ensure clear communication of channel operation policy with channel partners and sales; ensure understanding and adherence to quality and compliance policies.
- Support Market Access for medical disposables by tracking national/local procurement policies (VBP, centralized procurement), establishing a policy knowledge base, and issuing interpretation reports to assess impact on product access; monitor bidding information and collect competitive intelligence to inform bidding strategies. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 8 years’ relevant management experience in medical device and pharma industries.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Competence in data analysis and presentation; proficient in Excel or Power BI.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
