As a Change Manager, you will lead change initiatives that support business and technology transformation programmes. You will help stakeholders adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working while ensuring smooth organisational transitions.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Change Strategy and Adoption

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Assess organisational impacts and support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Build strong relationships with business and project stakeholders.
• Develop communication and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Drive alignment and readiness across impacted teams.

Training and Organisational Readiness

• Support change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Coordinate training and awareness programmes.
• Monitor adoption and recommend improvement actions.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organisational development, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in change management, organisational development, business transformation, or programme management.
• Experience supporting large scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise system implementations such as ERP, CRM, digital transformation, or cloud migration projects.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Experience developing change, communication, and adoption plans.

Ways of Working

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem solving capabilities.
