About the Role

CBRE is seeking a Change Manager to support a leading global digital infrastructure client in Hong Kong. This role will lead organizational change activities across data center operations, critical infrastructure projects, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption with minimal disruption to a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for data center, technology, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement across operations, engineering, facilities, and project teams.
• Drive communication, training, and readiness programs to support successful implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Identify change risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges, providing regular reporting to project and leadership teams.
• Partner closely with project managers and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.
• Monitor adoption metrics and implement actions to improve user engagement and change outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.

• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, critical facilities, technology, or engineering environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and change impact assessment skills.

• Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) is highly regarded.

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
