About the Role Join Autoliv as Change Management Supervisor to lead cross-functional engineering changes, ensure smooth, on-time delivery, and help save more lives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end change management processes to support program objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECR), ensuring smooth implementation while minimizing business and customer impact
- Manage cross-functional activities, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and execution
- Drive end-to-end change management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of program objectives
What We're Looking For
- Engineering or Business Administration degree.
- Solid experience in change management, logistics, or quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, APQP, and structured change processes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with strong communication skills and English proficiency
