YOUR IMPACT Ateko is undertaking the implementation of a new HCM to replace our current system, while also planning the evolution of several HR modules and capabilities over the coming years. This project includes design workshops, data migration, the implementation of new processes, user readiness, feature deployment, and the ongoing adoption of new solutions. YOUR TEAM The Change Management Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of change management activities. The profile sought will provide hands-on support for the adoption of new technologies, new processes, and new ways of working associated with the evolution of the corporate ecosystem. The person will work closely with business teams, project leads, executive stakeholders, and users to prepare, guide, and support employees throughout transformations. WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this: Change management and organizational readiness Conduct organizational impact assessments and change readiness assessments. Identify adoption-related risks and develop mitigation plans. Define success indicators jointly with the stakeholders involved, as well as mechanisms to measure adoption. Workshops and stakeholder support Map stakeholders and analyze their level of influence and impact. Participate in design and deployment workshops. Support managers and sponsors in their role as change leaders. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement activities. Translate technical changes into concrete impacts for users. Communications Develop communication plans aligned with project objectives. Develop key messages and coordinate communication activities. Ensure communication is simple, clear, consistent, transparent, and tailored to different audiences. Training and adoption Identify and define training needs. Collaborate with functional experts to develop learning paths. Produce guides, FAQs, quick reference materials, and support documentation. Coordinate training and post-deployment support activities. Adoption management Identify potential sources of resistance. Develop and implement strategies to foster buy-in. Advise and equip managers on recommended interventions.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in organizational change management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of and hands-on experience with organizational change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Agile, Kotter, or similar methodologies. Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset. Experience with digital transformation projects, process optimization initiatives, or system implementations. Experience working in fast-growing or rapidly evolving environments. Involvement in the implementation of HR systems, ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.
