Job title: Change Leader - Asia Regional Hub
About the Role The Change Leader for the Asia Regional Hub supports an organization-wide transformation program during the entire 2-3 year implementation period. The role develops and implements change management plans and activities to reinforce communication, people mobilization and engagement of all stakeholders for a successful rollout and sustainable transformation.
What You'll Do
- Co-design and implement robust, integrated change management strategies and plans with structured methodologies and tools.
- Accompany project teams, global functions and divisions, stakeholders, leaders and employees through project design, implementation, transition and sustaining phases to ensure the people side of changes is well managed.
- Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement and help employees embrace changes as positive and necessary for organizational growth.
- Coordinate with the transformation lead of global functions to ensure the functional change management plan is integrated into the global plan.
- Animate a community of local change champions to ensure customization and execution of the global change plan at region/cluster/country level.
- Co-design comprehensive change management roadmaps (sponsorship, stakeholders, communication, training, management mobilization, resistance) with transformation leads and contributors.
- Define, deliver and maintain tools (workshops, engagement programs, seminars, newsletters, websites, publications contents, etc.).
- Define and organize training plans and coordinate deployment in collaboration with concerned contributors.
- Measure the human impacts of change programs (assess change success, impacts and risks, KPIs).
- Monitor change management efficiency and people adoption; ensure sustainability of changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change management plans and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong stakeholders management and influencing abilities.
- Autonomy, adaptability, resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach; strong business acumen and analytical capability.
- Certification and/or experience in change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or other methodologies) preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience in project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with PO culture and internal experience on HR, internal communications, or business operations highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must; experience and willingness to work in a multicultural environment required.
- Business travel may be needed.
Nice to Have
- Additional certifications in change management (Prosci/ADKAR) or related methodologies.
- Prior experience in automotive/mobility or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience working in or with Asia regional hubs or similar multi-country environments.
