Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Scheduling Consultant to support implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise in Workday Scheduling and a proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations.

Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements.

Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines.

Required Qualifications

Must hold an active Workday Scheduling certification.

Must have led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and implementation.

Proven ability to lead implementation activities independently.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
