About the Role Join Endeavor Health as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. Under general supervision, you will serve as the surgical scrub person, assisting the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. This full-time role operates 7:00am–7:00pm with rotating evenings, on-call duties, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do
- Act as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team. What We're Looking For
- Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
- Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date. Nice to Have
- Previous Surgery/OR experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $26.61 - $39.92.
- Sign on bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 (amount depends on shift; 2 years of prior CST experience is required for sign-on bonus).
