About the Role Join our cardiovascular OR team as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR) for a seasonal assignment. You’ll partner with surgeons to prepare the sterile field, anticipate needs, and support high-stakes cardiovascular procedures. This role is essential in delivering safe, efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to support surgeons during life-saving procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field, anticipate surgical needs, and ensure efficient intraoperative support.
- Participate in preoperative patient preparation and intraoperative care, working closely with healthcare providers to deliver top-tier patient care.
- Demonstrate proficiency across multiple service lines, contributing to complex, high-stakes cardiovascular surgeries.
What We're Looking For
- Graduates of approved Surgical Technologist programs or military training.
- Surgical Technologists with 2+ years of scrub experience and demonstrated proficiency in CVOR procedures.
- Team-oriented professionals with excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous hospital experience with skills in a variety of CV surgery cases (preferred).
