About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Tech for Evening shift to provide sterile processed materials and equipment to hospital and affiliated facilities. The role supports decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and surgical case cart setup, ensuring quality product for patient care.
What You'll Do
- Provide hospital and affiliated facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment
- Execute established procedures for decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and surgical case cart setup, ensuring quality product for patient care
- Follow established procedures to ensure decontamination completion
- Place sterile items in appropriate areas for distribution, ensuring the items are accurately labeled by department
What We're Looking For
- GED/High School Equivalent required
- Two years of sterile processing or operating room experience in surgical instrumentation preferred
- Certification: CBSPD or IAHCSMM strongly preferred
- Ability to work the 3:00pm-11:30pm shift with rotating weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment
Nice to Have
- CBSPD certification or IAHCSMM strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $20.69 - $30.00 per hour
- Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On for 2 or more years' experience in Sterile Processing
